As a first-time homebuyer, the process of purchasing a house seemed incredibly daunting at first. With no prior experience, we didn’t know what to expect with financing, escrow, or the market. Jake, however, made the process a breeze. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our endless questions patiently, and made us feel supported every step of the way.
